Full-Stack Developer

We build AI-native products and client platforms (CRMs, dashboards, automation tools, marketing sites). You'll own features end-to-end — UI to API to database — and lean hard on AI tooling to move fast without dropping quality. You decide WFH or office; we care about output and reliability, not seat-time.

What you'll do

  • Build and ship full-stack features across frontend, API, and database
  • Translate rough requirements into working, well-structured software
  • Use AI coding tools daily to move faster while keeping quality high
  • Own reliability — write code that works, handle edge cases, fix what breaks
  • Collaborate over short, clear async updates and the occasional call

What we're looking for

  • Based in Bangalore (you can work from home or our JP Nagar office — your call)
  • Fluent, confident English — written and spoken
  • Solid full-stack experience (React/Next.js, Node, a SQL database)
  • Hands-on, extensive use of AI tools in your real workflow
  • Fast learner who adapts to new stacks and problems quickly
  • Reliable and high-ownership — you finish what you start

Nice to have

  • Experience with Supabase / Postgres, TypeScript, Tailwind
  • Shipped something real you can show us (product, side project, client work)
  • Comfort with automation / LLM APIs
