Train

Your team, trained to run it.

The build is half the job. We teach your people to use, trust, and steer what we made, so it becomes a habit instead of a project.

Most AI rollouts stall for one reason: the tool works, but nobody on the team owns it. Enablement is not a slide deck at the end. It is short, hands-on sessions built around each role's real work, a written playbook the team helps write, and a named champion who keeps it alive after we step back.

How we work

Four phases. Nothing hidden.

1. Map the roles

Who touches the workflow, what they do today, what changes for them. Usually three to five roles.

2. Session per role

Sixty to ninety minutes, hands on, on their real queue. We watch where they hesitate and fix the workflow, not just the training.

3. Write the playbook

Together with the champion. Short, specific, screenshots of your tools. It reads like your team, not like us.

4. Clinics and hand-off

Two follow-up clinics, then the champion runs onboarding for anyone new. We stay one message away.

What we automate

Here’s what usually lives inside an engagement.

  • Role-specific working sessions using your live data, not samples
  • A plain-language playbook written with your team, in their words
  • An internal champion programme: one person per team who owns adoption
  • Leadership briefing: what changed, what to measure, what to expect
  • Trust calibration: when to accept the AI's output, when to override, when to escalate
  • Follow-up clinics in weeks two and six to catch what the first session missed

Audience

Who this is for

Owners who have watched a pilot die

The last tool worked in the demo and vanished by month two. You want this one to stick.

Team leads with non-technical staff

Your people are good at their jobs, not at prompting. Training has to meet them where they are.

Ops managers inheriting an AI system

Something was built before you arrived. Nobody can explain it. You need it documented and owned.

Tool stack

Built on the tools you already use

We build on the tools your team already uses — no rip-and-replace.
